Deposit and Payment Policy
* Please note all deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
*A non-refundable 40% deposit is required to book any services after 48 hours before appointment
*The remaining balance can be paid on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling/Cancellation/No Shows Policy
*Any Rescheduling and Cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance.
*Cancelling/Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment willresult in deposit forfeiture.
*Changes/Cancellations on the same day or No Shows will incur 50% of the appointment cost.
Lateness
• Please notify us if you are running late, we will try to accommodate you however we cannot guarantee quality. We allocate the exact time necessary for each appointment, lateness will result in shortened appointment time.
• In the event we do not hear from you (no show) within 15 minutes of your appointment commencement time, we reserve the right to automatically cancel and charge 50% of your appointment cost. Infills
• Please note that we do not infill another lash salon's work. You will be required to book a full set service, with removal if you still have extensions left. If you request a foreign infill we can do so however you will be charged at the full set price.
• Allinfills are charged by week. Please book accordingly, we are not responsible for incorrect appointment selection. Please contact us if you are unsure or need assistance.
• Incorrect booking will result in shorter appointment time and charged according to the correct booking price on the day of the appointment,
• Any lashes over 4 weeks from your previous appointment will be charged as a full set.
• You must have at least 40% of retention to qualify for an infill service, Makeup/mascara/falsie glue
• Please make sure you come to your appointment makeup free, and wash your lashes thoroughly with a lash wash beforehand. Avoid mascara for 48 hour before your appointment,.
• Lash cleaning will cut into your service time In order to maximise your appointment, please ensure you wash your lashes before your appointment. Eyelash extensions do not adhere to dirty lashes and will result in poor retention.
